1)Cheaper. Cost $66050 while Williams cost $76350
2)Urban.You know what that means => convenience
3)Higher percentage of getting in - but of course you could apply for both and then accept either.
4)A very important point you left out - quality of education. Of course you must go to the better one! That's most important.
