I am perfectly aware of the fact that I said I'm not going to be blogging or using the internet for leisure until after the SPM. But, hey. I'm only human. I am also perfectly aware that it has only been one day since I said that, but still.

Bah, humbug. So, sue me.

Right now, I'm just practically itching to go out with my konco-konco meaning kawan-kawanku. Too bad my mom doesn't allow it. When I say I'm itching, I really am literally itching because I have horrible mosquito bites on my tootsies and my arm. Sometimes (to be honest, make that all the time) I just wish mosquitoes never existed. I mean, what on earth do they contribute to the ecosystem? What role do they play in the food chain/web?

The food web: Plays an important role in maintaining the balance of nature as they allow the flow of energy from one organism to another.

I am such a genius. Studying and blogging at the same time. Give yourself a nice pat on the back, Yi Ming. You have just wowed the world with your glory. [sarcasm, kthxbai.]

Yes! Anyway! Back to the subject of mosquitoes!

Mosquitoes are the very bane of my existence! For far too long, they have plagued the world with their buzzing and their biting and their role as a vector for *cue dramatic music*......DENGUE FEVER!

Ugh. What a positively petrifying, horrifying thought. The very idea of having rashes, gastritis, nausea, diarrhea and a burning fever all at the same time scares the living daylights out of me.

So, yeah. Death to all mosquitoes. rawr. *whips out pitchfork and villagers hat*

Now, since it's our last year of secondary education [booyah-kashka!], obviously something big is bound to be held. Namely...

Prom night?

Ah yes. A night where the graduating seniors put on their best dress & tuxedos and enjoy each other's company as they succumb to the social pressure to attend this wonderful, once in a lifetime event.

Pshaw. That was my cynicism speaking. Yes, I have an alter-ego! There's the happy-go-lucky, insecure Yi Ming that you see everyday, then there's the cynical, sarcastic, in-your face, Miss-Bitch-With-No-Name who insists on making everyone's life a living hell.

So, Miss Bitch-With-No-Name just told me that she doesn't like prom.
Why is that MBWNN? Oh. Well, she says it's because it's a total waste of time, money and effort.
There is some sense in that but now, Yi Ming wants to argue.

Yi Ming wants to go because she'd probably be so socially-deprived by then due a lack of social activity between her and her friends. Thus, causing tension between them which is something that an insecure person like Yi Ming, would really like to avoid at all costs.

MBWNN is saying that prom is stupid. Now, now. We musn't be rude. Think of the innocent children reading this. MBWNN says that Yi Ming should check herself into a mental asylum because she's referring to herself in the third person and speaking like Gollum.

What a shame, oh what a shame.

PS:// Yi Ming still wants to go for prom and needs a date, thankyouverymuch. Yi Ming is also aware that she is relying on false hope because boys don't exactly worship the ground she steps on.

PPS:// Yi Ming has also decided that she's going to stop swearing. Swearing is only allowed for a certain period of time, namely during exams and bitch-fests.
